It sounded pretty definitive. Let's hope it isn't true; this will probably send the stock rocketing southward.

I don't really understand the fit or the attraction. Is ASND going to start selling *computers*?

Unbelievable. If ASND buys SRA, its straight to 45,maybe lower. 1) Street will not like dilutive effect. 2) Any LU takeout premium currently built in, is gone.

Can't believe the company would not issue a statement, if rumors untrue. Therefore, gotta believe this deal is gonna happen, whether we like it or not.
