I still don't see what everyone is so worried about. If one isn't in this for long term, I can see how one might be concerned about the upcoming DOJ action. For those of us long term, either MSFT wins it's case and the price continues it's steady rise, or they lose and are fined and forced to spin off another company or two. I don't see the ATT shareholders crying about Lucent, and I certainly wouldn't cry about MSFT having to split off, but then again, I'm in it for the long run. Remember, until you sell, it's all on paper.
