Chuca,
I think this is a great idea because the whole reason for this action is to try to save money lost by IPM share holders and i believe share holders that lost by margin calls or by having to sell at a low price still lost money the same as the ones that held on to the end.

If IPM should come out of this problem okay none of this will be needed however should IPM go into chapter 7 and our group of share holders be able to pay off the debt at a percentage of what IPM owes, then anyone who did not participate will simply no longer be a part of the new company. This is my opinion what does anyone else think.
