You might consider myTrack. Check it out @ mytrack.com.
They are about $20/mo plus exchange fees. You can watch up to 20 symbols, including options, continuously updating realtime.

I use interquote www.interquote.com. Uses a spreadsheet system and you can track any number of stocks and options real time. I also am changing to etrade for online trading. Dreyfus doesn't allow spreads, straddles and combos on line (have to go through their broker by phone) nor do they allow sell stops online.
