Bill,
Once the contents of Starr's report becomes known, the Clintonistas are expecting to lose ground in the battle for approval ratings. Also, once the Paula Jones papers papers are opened, it will create additional pressure. Expect to see a steady slide in his ratings which should make impeachment a little easier.

Well, we haven't seen Starr's report yet so I would not give up as yet. However, I would agree with your assessment if Starr has nothing but perjury (lying about the sex) on Clinton and he is unable to make a case for Obstruction or Suborning perjury. JLA
