Bruno, I agree with your assessment on Mpact. Things should be quiet in the short term but we may see considerable market interest once the BCE deal goes through (August 31).

A Nasdaq listing (very high probability) and U.S. acquisition (high probability) are in the works as well. From what I hear, Monty prefers that CGI goes to U.S. markets first (NYSE), then Mpact (Nasdaq).

Anyone should keep in mind, however, that it will likely be more volatile than CGI - may not be suitable for investors who worry about daily flucutations.
