Seth,
<<With the fundamentals so good, what are we missing?>>
Could it be the perception that the top line is not really growing?
Someone, maybe Mr. Pink,(God forbid I should be influenced by him!) suggested that the company had no internal sales growth quarter to quarter if you factored out the sales from Xyplex. I went back to my tape of the CC and listened near the end and sure enough, as I thought I remembered, an analyst asked a series of questions about the contribution of Xyplex to last quarter's sales. The CFO, I assume correctly, said you couldn't separate out Xyplex sales because the companies were totally merged but when pressed, gave the figure of, I think, $5.2 mil from Xyplex. This would seem to lend credence to the claim that there was no internal growth.

I guess with all the retraining of the two sales forces about each other's products that a fall-off in sales growth might be expected.
I would appreciate your opinion and the opinion of others on this.

Thanks,
Bob
