The story is quite compelling, with IBM as a partner and customers like PetsMart and Carrefour. The recurring revenue business model is a Wall Street dream.

However a few things concern me. I've been following it for about a year and my biggest question is: Why are these guys even public (sort of)? Also why doesn't IBM take an equity position? They sure could use the cash.

Seems like the company has been making more noise recently though. They didn't do a press release for almost a year and now have done 3 or 4 in the past couple of months.

If their business begins to come together as outlined, this thing could be HUGE. Supply chain management is a hot area.

My dumb luck. I got impatient and took my money out of QCS earlier this week, only to see the next day this huge run up in volume.

Any know if something big is imminent with volume, or if institutional buyers are coming in? Monday, I may buy my shares back.
