in WCAP at 9 15/16, COOL has been getting attention on CNBC and briefing.com, looks like a big IPO. SR

If WCAP owns 1.7 million shares of COOL, then their valuation if the COOL IPO comes out at $18 is:

1.7 mil x $18 = $31 million + $14 million initial investment = $45 million. $45 mil/5 million shares outstanding is $9/share.

Assuming COOL opens higher (CNBC is saying $24-$30), then:

@ $24, valuation is $11/share
@ $30, valuation is $13/share.

These valuations don't include other investments/business that WCAP is currently involved in, and assume that WCAP would trade at only 1 x book.
