Immi, the problem is the Lashinsky article. He is based in Silicon Valley (easier to ignore rumors from Wall Street options types) and his sources sounded very informed. It seems that Mory/ASND see SRA as very cheap and believe it will help their SS7 focus. I don't doubt Mory's strategic long-term vision. But, in the short run, ASND's stock price will just get killed based on the possible implications that ASND believes it can go it alone without LU. Hey, we'll see.
