Yeah, it's kinda sad. I think SRA is a good fit. I posted this over on that thread yesterday I think. SRA is more than a signalling gateway company - they also have IN, and SCP applications which work not only on UX and Unix but also have a set of their own robust hardware for "carrier class" applications. The only suspect thing that would have be concerned is that Stratus hasn't really made much headway into the carrier space.

In the end SRA will help ASND go after the data/voice convergence space. I think $800M is a reasonable price as well. JMO.
