You seem to make the assumption that all TAVA bears think that the entire y2k issue is a hoax. That assumption is incorrect. Most bears realize that y2k is real, although it has been overstated. They just don't believe TAVA is going to capitalize on it.

The Admin is bringing significant pressure to bear on certain industry sectors, which have embedded systems "challenges." It is getting downright ugly in some of these meetings-cum-confrontations. Re the SEC's latest "guidelines," this time they have teeth, and are backed by Bennett's "or else." My expectation is that you will see more definitive statements, reportedly beginning with 3rd quarter filings. The trial lawyers are drooling in anticipation... K
