To All, If this has been posted before, I apologize, but I just read the 7/27/98 issue of the Business Journal and there was this story: "Alydaar faces lawsuit filed by ex-sales exec." The story is about a suit filed by William DeGruchy, who says he was dismissed after generating $8 million in sales last year and is owed more than $400,000 in commissions and stock options. Alydarr claims that DeGruchy owes Alydaar money reflecting draws paid to him in excess of commissions actually earned. Alydaar seeks reimbursement of these draws, the return of his Diamond Club membership card, and other items not specified. The suit is in the discovery phase. DMM
