I hope I can save someone some misfortune concerning LBGF.

Get it through your heads - the stock will NEVER be worth anything. They are in bankruptcy court with more creditors than assets. Even if someone purchases the shell of the company for whatever reason, there will be ZERO assets left over for shareholders. Any restructuring by the bankruptcy judge will wipe-out any existing shareholder value.

The pump and dump companies are playing a game of musical chairs. Eventually the music will stop and someone will be left without a chair.

There is no benefit in shorting the stock at these prices, so I have nothing to gain from blasting the company. PLEASE do even a minor bit of due diligence and you will find the stock is only being manipulated by unscrupulous types. Concede the rumor, let's say LBGF IS acquired. The stock will still be worth NOTHING to current shareholders.

I wish in my early days of chasing manipulated stocks, someone would have taught me what an SEC filing was and how to pull them up. It cuts through the hype and shows you which companies are already down for the count.
