OT, Not,but this thread is a bit dull anyway.

To answer your query, it's hot as fish grease. Scattered clouds at 15000 feet and a dry southeast wind swirling the dust around like you were riding drag. At 5:00am it's about 80 degrees and when the sun comes up it goes to a hundred pretty quick.

Of course you know this is all due to Chaos Theory, particularly the Butterfly Effect. A butterfly flapping its wings in Africa can cause a hurricane in the Caribbean because of the interaction of the components of planetary weather patterns. This interaction can produce results that are unpredictable and disproportionate to the amount of energy expended. Small changes can have global consequences.

But I've got the system to beat this heat. I've got two great big window unit air conditioners that I bought from ACRT. They are sitting on a picnic table and I've got great big long orange extension cords that run from the air conditioners over to a great big diesel generator. We turn those air conditioners on and sit out there and cook our tenderloin steaks from the HEB and drink our Shiner Bock.

Betcha don't see that in that Hampton's place.
