E, Eric wasn't calling it a scam by any means. He was responding to some other previous comments which might have used that word or implied something of that nature. Sometime ago, the company hired a prominent mid-western accounting firm to begin groundwork on the audit. The name and reference to it is a ways back in this thread. From my conversations with the company, they are keenly aware of the deadlines they face with listing. I was told that their lawyer had consulted with the exchange to pin down the dates and requirements. Thanks for posting, Madly
