if the deal goes through the price of ASND will drop, IMHO - actually will drop when it's announced if not before, because of investor fears that mgmt. won't do any better a job of integrating the 2 companies than it did with the CSCC acquisition a year ago.

That said, I would find that a great buy opportunity because not only did the company bounce back but it had tohave learned something in the process. They are, if nothing else, smart and adaptable...
