Bill - In addition to the items you mentioned, which I totally agree with, all MatriDigm has to do is wait Zitel out. Their is no need for them to merge and absolutely no benefit for them to merge once they gave up the deferred tax asset. MD should wait for a fire sale or let them die on the vine. :) BellBoy

Perhaps ZITL will merge with CFON. Then they will be able to deliver their Y2K solution over the Internet utilizing TV set top boxes. Barb
