Still looks like 1 1/2 in anybody's mirror.

Steve,

Welcome back in. I hate to rain on the parade, but remember that on any given day there are shorts that represent anywhere from 6 - 10% of the float, who are betting that Ancor is not going to make it.

Congratulations, you are down over 20% already. Apparently you missed the recent conference call. If you had an opportunity to listen to these nitwits your decision might have been different. They had a hard time even reading a statement. One of them said Ancor was now a startup company. If that is the case and we are stuck with these big corporate bureaucrats for a management team no wonder there is trouble. Any successful startup I have seen was started and managed by smart entrepreneurial people, who knew what was going on and who could react to market conditions and think on their feet. These present guys think public relations is some kind of sin. Given a platform at their conference call to say something positive they chose to read a statement and then get in an argument with one of the questioners. Pathetic.

Steve,

I was also a buyer yesterday at the same price as you, although I wish I had waited another day. <g> I just think ANCR is too cheap right now, considering the technology that they possess. It's still speculative, at least until Fibre Channel SANs heat up, but the price is right.
