Zybslaw -- In light of ASND's offer to purchase Stratus Computer for its SS7 technology, what does this add to NN's value --- assuming it's equally good? Does Ascend's purchase increase its value as a company or decrease it? In other words, is it decremental to earnings and, if so, for how long? LU can't be too unhappy about the declining share price --- provided they're looking to buy, as many believe. Knowing what happened to COMS and CPQ when they took on big purchases, I'll remain on the sides till there's some indication what it means in revenues and in strategic positioning.
