That would be true if the debentures were floorless, but they are restricted shares. For at least 2 years. Restricted shares cannot be shorted.

Zeev's description is excellent. But Jeff, Zeev's writeup concerns FLOORLESS convertibles. The Emporium deal clearly states conversion at $3 per share.

Given this stock is presently at the sub-dime level, who among us has a problem with conversion at $3 per share?

Jefffey, this is quite strange, I am not familiar with TNRG, but if what is quoted below is correct and you what cited is correct as well, than a fixed conversion at $3/share much above the market is very fair to current holders. Make sure that we are not talking about different classes of stock or different currencies.
