Charles, My intention of cross posting information regarding ALSI was meant to inform while speculating how TASA's products including BookMatch might be further leveraged to produce income through strategic alliances with other educational sector companies, i.e. royalties, licensing fees, distribution agreements, etc. It just so happens that ALSI has tremendous school penetration and a very effective sales/marketing strategy that could greatly boost TASA's visibility and earnings potential. Do you know for a fact that none of the above possibilities exist? Regards, Tom

Charles -- i think you are jumping the gun with the Trojan horse accusation. i mentioned ALSI yesterday because it and TASA appear to be close relatives in the same industry. the action in ALSI is relevant to TASA, IMO. i also find it interesting and thought others might. i have no position in ALSI and never have. i've been long TASA since last fall. you'll find bullish posts from me and Thomas Kirwin going back quite a while on this thread, which has been a congenial one. i hope we can keep it that way. i look forward to your positive contributions. for example, i'd like to hear your reasons for stating that there is not going to be a merger. (i have no particular reason to think there will be, but i don't have enough info to make a statement as definitive as yours.) tom phillips
