Well, if you have to trade 2 1/2 shares of SRA to get one share of ASND and it cost you $75 for those 2 1/2 shares....end in return you get a share of ASND valued at $50....well....that seems like a pretty stinky deal to me. You held securities worth $75 and now own securities worth only $50. You would lose....and believe me ASND won't go up because of this deal (in the short term)...maybe not even to $50.

My guess is that it's not a 2 1/2 for 1 otherwise SRA investors will not agree to the deal. It's probably more like 1 1/2 to one. That would be $45 in SRA for $48-$50 for ASND. That's would seem to be more like it. Would you agree?
