My stock broker has informed me that stocks do almost nothing between August and September.

AriKirA, Please keep us posted on your findings. I'm with you all the way until we get a legitimate explanation of how more shares could be issued, if one is available. If not, Spencer and LTGL will suffer the fall out of legal action against him. (and yes, I am still long my shares and at this point can care less if the price drops to $.001. I have already lost too much to worry about selling and regaining any of my investment now. It seems the upside potential at this point is greater than the down.)
