I don't know but if you look deep you will find connections to hyping of the stock on Yahoo. I can't remember the details just be careful, I was in about a month ago around 7/8 and they took it down on large block selling.

GBIT was promoted heavily by Liberty Captial who also pumped
DGIV...difference is GBIT is a NASDAQ stock who just reported
