Jewel, Since you wrote "Any opinion appreciated.", let me venture what is some total speculation on my part. Since: (1) the Locus and TWC deals are essentially "laddered" with the dependencies very obvious; (2) Edge and TWC are co-located and have worked together in the past; (3) I have the feeling considerable DD has already been done by all the companies on all the others; (4) I'd think TWC would need to close it ASAP to solidify their approach to dealing with their Italian customer; and finally, (5) it's to everybody's interest to put the wraps on the total package in short order, I could see it coming together pretty fast. What constitutes "pretty fast" of course is anybody's guess; maybe < 30 days (???). Again, just TOTAL speculation ... Dan
