<< A source familiar with the discussions confirms the acquisition will be announced shortly.>> I hope you remember the statement made by Maria B on CNBC sometime back when she said the LU take over of ASND is a done deal and she has strong sources. ASND went up from 28 to about 33+ and went back down. Well you make your own judgement about Adam Lashinsky is insightful or MAria B is insightful. We are still waiting for the LU deal and lets see what happens with the SRA deal. I think the current action in ASND price is a combination of insider trading reports in the past week, overall bad market, and this SRA romour,IMO. I still beleive long term ASND has good prospects based on their fundamentals.
