They also had some at $1.50... Options can always be renegotiated.

True, but it can also depend how desperate people are and how bad the market can get. I have been involved with the markets for a good 20years and IMO, this current market for mining stocks is real bad. It is just a matter of time before the bad shells fold and other good well managed shells hang around for the turnaround. There is tons of stock listed which are trading at under a dime. People had to be desperate to sell at these lows. These shells will run out of cash and the companies that are not in the market spotlight with reasonable amount of potential will be the only ones able to raise cash.

On a differnet note, I heard a rumor that a top USA analyst from a reputable house is writing up a report and a whole section will be dedicated to investing in the canadian junior markets. I guess the exchange rate has a lot to do with this.
