If you really want to know if it is a scam or not do not attack me. Investigate it. Evidently the SEC thinks there are irregularities. There is also some gold. There are exaggerated claims with little evidence. I don't know. It looks bad in some ways and no I did not invest or short. Shorting is extremely dangerous. Rich man's game. It is probably just out on a limb mining promotion. Its success is hairy. It is dictated finally by the depth of the pockets and the integrity of the story they can continue to tell. As you can see I tell a much more plausible story than they can and have no trouble with my reputation in telling it. Bolivia has "unbelievable" mineral wealth. It is a country that has seem colonial mining for centuries..big discoveries are possible.. but will this company be able to survive..should it? I don't know.. I really don't. The game of baiting EC is getting stale. Some promoters on these threads all with same techniques of community chicken picking and meaningless statements fondle each other in posts and post hurrahs about the stock with quotes, volumes and meaningless drivel about the prospects. Nice. And they dump on me for talking about the possibilities that the ore may or may not be there. Fine. Just great. But it gets us nowhere. The stock dies as I sometimes predict it will (safe bet really) and the people go away. Sickeningly the monster always arises from the swamp to promote again. Godzilla had fewer lives and anyway he was nicer. EC<:-}
