Looks like Morgan Stanley downgraded NH (along with AG) from Strong
Buy to Neutral. DE was downgraded to Outperform. That was timely of
them, wasn't it?

I still haven't stepped in, I'm not a big TA type, but I'd rather
wait until NH at least levels off before buying.
