Janice,

I have heard (I forget where) that the cert numbers for the illegally issued shares are known. Aren't they issued in consecutive order anyway?

So what happens if they are identifiable but NOT restricted (if they were marked restricted, then ICVI would not have been able to dump them on the market, correct?)?

<<Makes no sense--in this case or EVER--to "call for your certs".>>

Care to go into your reasons as to why you feel this is true? Honest questions.

Eric

The 19mm shares that American Registrar issued were issued as "free trading" shares with no restrictions on them.

Janice,

The shares were authorized by John Christensen and W. Arthur Lindsey. Lindsey signed them as Secretary of ICVI. They were issued 1/98 through May 98.
