Given TWC's (how quickly we embrace acronyms ggg) proximity to Edge, it may be fair to assume that Houlihan did not have a hand in this JV. Given that no one who attended responded to the query re whether they were mentioned at the meeting, I guess we must assume they weren't. However, I would also assume that Joe's previous mention of potential suitors had something to do with Houlihan, who has been tasked with finding a "black widow bride" for a $100M company.
