MThree, thanks for the post. I have a hard time drumming up info on ARLCF, but like you, I think the companies prospects are worth a small investment. I currently own 1000 shares and will increase that should further developments warrant it. It's nice to know someone else out there owns this stock. DJF

MThree, I just recieved the investor pak and one thing I question is the ownership of ARLCF. Founders = 49%, Public = 22%, Marathon Capitol = 10.5%, Investment Co. of Bank Hapoalim = 10 %, and Dorrat Shrem Funds and affiliates = 8.5%. Now with only 22% owned by the public, I would think that the upside on this company is very limited. It is basically a privately held company. I'm I missing something here ??? What are your thoughts ??? Thanks DJF
