McMannis - Re: " Yoffie selling 53% of his holdings. That's very
disconcerting."

David Yoffie is an outside director, a Harvard Professor.

He is actually one of the "newer" directors - many of Intel's directors
have been on the Board since the late 60's and early 70's - and are
starting to retire.

Don't be disconcerted.

Just be thankful you own AMD and Cyrix."

So what does it have to do with him being a Harvard professor?
Since he is one of the newer directors why is he selling?

Just be thankful you went to work for Intel in 1974 and not AMD, smart guy. Or that you weren't born in Biafra.
