The cash level per share of a stock should logically be the floor for a stock unless the company begins to lose money. To my knowledge AXC still should be cash flow positive from operations however, I think they will take a charge on earnings for their recent acquisition. Not too many companies out there trade below cash levels per share. Unless the royalty payments are scheduled to stop in the near future this stock is a good LT risk.
