Lets see they financed $48M convertable @$3 = 16M shares. The big ?? is can they take the note and short the 16M shares????

This does not look like a floorless, it is a fixed conversion price. Are you guys sure it is the same shares quoted of the bottom of this screen (about 1/16/share). I have seen conversion premiums, but not a premium of 4800%
