Does anyone see anything fundamentally wrong with staying out of this market altogether? I sold essentially everything in my long portfolio yesterday. I have one very small long position and two even smaller short positions.

For some reason I don't feel much like increasing either of them!

I'd think allocation (between housing, banks, bonds, stocks) would be more important than the savings rate itself.
