We are now within a 1/2 point of the low on the day. The fact that the company is silent makes rumor almost certainly true. No responsible company watches their stock lose 13% on a false rumor and says nothing. I suspect damage will continue once merger is announced. What a boneheaded move.

I am watching all the transactions on my Time & Sale. While many small investors are selling off I see some rather large buys. These buys are coming from people "in the know" who don't just piss away money on a pure risk play......Keep your pants on.
