To me there are several clear red flags all over this stock.

"Proven reserves of 6,430,000 oz" from only 2900 samples, too few.

"Inferred resources of 157,428,000 oz" clearly a reckless statement and once again using the same 2900 samples.

"three-dimensional modeling of the ore blocks based on deep sampling made possible by the steep naturally trenched terrain and by shaft" This type of sampling is vulnerable to surface enrichment which could yield false results.

"fire assays were preformed" This type of assay cannot be used to test alluvial deposits for two reasons. The portion of the sample assayed is only 30g (too small) and secondly the result would be of not only the free gold that can be recovered but also any gold encapsulated in the rock, not recoverable without milling or leaching. When testing placer prospects it is preferable to use your planed recovery method as your testing method to give a meaningful result.

"Golden Eagle cannot assure that the findings of Mr. Pravicini's report are accurate" The disclaimer of responsibility from management in the May 22 News Release.

These people are under investigation and so they should be.
