Nemer; what is the high temperature in Paris, Texas and how long has it been since it has rained last time? What kind of work does one do in a place like that? How many brokers, doctors, and lawyers can you cram into a little dump like that? Had any tornados go through lately? That doctor, does he have any modern equipment for emergency medical attention in his bag? You're an old coot right? I would think you would want to live someplace with some medical care somewhere closer than 200 miles.
