ASND Still tanking down 7 1/8 and 44 1/4. I pulled the trigger too soon but glad I held half that cash. Will buy more at close. This pup is coming back.... An $800M acquisition - even if they do nothing with it is not worth a 15% sell off.

gbh, NT is still without a 'telecom/wan' strategy. NT/LU are will be
the primary contendors for Ascend. Bay is in the enterprise business.
NT still lacks a wan strategy.. The NT CEO has made statements he
will agressively grow in the data/networking field. They may try to
preempt LU before Oct 1. NT can't pool anyway since it is a non
us company. just my two cents. Immi
