A Yahoo post from a working mom/CPA in metro NYC:

Quoting:
PPOD makes sense to me

I'm a hard-working, time-pressed, mother-of-two and PPOD makes
sense to me. I hate going to the grocery store. I figure that
whatever extra I pay for delivery is more than saved by freeing
up my time and eliminating the kids' impulse buys. Many non-
working moms I know use PPOD so they don't have to drag young
kids through the store and through the check-out line. Not to
mention the growing senior population that may not be up to
shopping at the store, or the GenerationXer's that figure PPOD
is a natural extension of how they use computers and their time.
So, I see an incredible potential market for PPOD.

Then, as a practicing CPA, I look at this company's financials
and see that they are making progress getting to the breakeven
point selling the groceries. And then I factor in the adver-
tising potential and marketing research potential and all the
other products I'd love to have delivered to my door. I also
consider the constraint and discipline the company has seemed
to exercise in having the intelligence and courage to trash
their initial model and go for the warehouses.....And then I
consider the significant amount of cash this company has,
and the little amount of debt...I think this company has a great
future. To me, this company is thinking with a clear head and
an eye for the long-term effect of their decisions and that will
translate into pure value in the years ahead.
