I wish it was as easy as that in the U.S. Being in the mining industry,
and having developed new operations, I can tell you that
has not been our experience. Nor am I aware that that is the case for
any of my competitors. In fact, my two major competitors during final
review were not granted authority to develop new operations. Bad news
for them, good news for me.

The clean water act, the DNR, permit authorization, and the input from
adjoining property owners during public hearings makes this procedure
complex, and time consuming.

The guidelines are very precise and waivers are not part of the program
in the US for our industry. I do not know what they are in Canada.<<<<<<<

How does a guy who slams BB stocks all day expect guys to believe he's running all the comglomerates?

Secretary: " Mr. Pauley, the head of Chucky Cheese will see you now"
tonto: " tell him to wait, I'm slamming ERGOBILT at the moment, and tell Manuel Kugler needs another S.I. account!"
Secretary: "Mr. Pauly, Mr Cheese said that your Cement Mixer is parked in front of his car, he can't get out!"
tonto: "Oh, just tell him my mining conglomerate is digging for bitnum there!" , How do you spell 'SEC' again? Now don't bother me until it's time for my boy scout meeting!
