The San Nicolas deposit appears to be uneconomic as an open pit and the hi-grade zone is not big enough to support an underground mine. Also, metallurgy is a big problem as gold and silver recoveries are not very high. Also complex and more expensive mill circuit than most poly-metallic ores. Needs a finer grind. Stock is probably going a lot lower.

The other property doesn't have continuity and will probably disappoint WTC shareholders.
