The answer is the same it has been for a long time. Wall Street does not like nor trust Frost. IMHO as long as Frost is in command, IVX cannot reach the price levels it should. One quarter of minimal profit will not move this stock!

S.W: Small caps are in a bear mkt of their own with many losing over 60%. In this type of market, it is good to see IVX at par. As and when the bear gives out , you may well see IVX trade up.

In these markets patience is a must unless one can afford the large losses.
