tim. This is the BB market. We all gambled. We don't yet know if we lost. As regards the early "cheer leaders", some are gone we know that, but it is my observation that a lot more are still here. I don't for a minute believe that Jack U. knowingly bought a "pig in a poke". Few of us are prepared to deal effectively with fraud or corruption. That is why I welcome the law suite. I also believe that while it is not directly mentioned in the SEC announcement that it is integral to the valuation issue. It is absolutely impossible to guess how long it will take to resolve this issue but I prefer to have MTEI not trade on innuendo and speculation. If all these things are as I think they are, I expect MTEI to justify my expectations. Fred
