Long,..Re:<<Use of debt>> This subject has been discussed thoroughly before and it was generally agreed that astute businesses use debt, especially multi-year or all-time low rate debt, to leverage building programs or other capital expansion plans. Normally, as Chuzz has pointed out, tech companies do not do this; however, we all know that the CFO of Dell is exceptional at his job, so it's really a moot point however Meredith has deployed those funds.
