To all - so ... some irritating person dared to have the last trade on QCOM be one of those 32nds quotes. Now, in addition to the net change being incomprehensible all day Monday, some July month end brokerage statements (depending on what day they use as "last day of the month," and whether they use the last "print" or not) will also have that dumb number. Glad to see that Qualcomm "staved off" the selling torrent today. Jon.

We will participate very actively in the Brazil market." Edson said the company may bid in two other auctions scheduled for later this year and next. The Brazilian government plans to auction three long-distance companies to compete with yesterday's winners and will also sell digital wireless licenses next year. "We're going to look at that as a possible option for us," Edson said. He added that the company may look into partnering with some of yesterday's winners, and said he's confident many of those companies will choose CDMA. >>> I love these quotes. Personally I think these last few months have seen the very beginnings of qualcomm's emerging position as a true power broker in this industry.
