Charred, I think you are too quick to write off Crystallex management.

To achieve its corporate objectives of becoming a medium sized producer, Crystallex has several options before it, either through acquisition and/or joint venture. The Company has demonstrated that it can readily raise private capital.

You should recognize that until veta rights are firmly in place, no company will take out full page ads to advertise the merits of their properties.

You are very negative on KRY, and this is your right, but I feel your objections have no basis in fact. Mine managers can be hired at any time when needed. What is rare is the depth of senior management in the areas of financing, strategy and diplomacy. You seriously underestimate KRY in this regards. No management restructuring is needed at this time.

Charred...

One more thing..you said:
"The fact is the current management lead this company into an very expensive legal battle and lost meanwhile management walked out with big profits. They have to pay for this somehow."

I cannot find agreement with this statement either in that Although KRY did get involved in an expensive legal battle, they did so with the full belief that they were on the right side of the line. I cannot find ANY shareholder who would have disagreed with that statement back in 1997 or even Jan and Feb of this year. If they had suspicions, I would wonder why they actually held right up into mid-June.
I have read the English translation of the June ruling and I can confirm that EVERY piece of legal discussion mentioned in it was at one time or another discussed among the members of the various forums....

If anyone does believe that the LC 4&6 situation was entered into just for promotional purposes , I would question why any KRY shareholder who truly believes would be holding at this time as that very belief should dictate to them that without another promotion, this company is not going anywhere soon.

With respect to management making big profits...again..every shareholder who bought in before mid Jan had the opportunity to also take big profits...they can blame no one but themselves for not doing so.

Hello Charred;

NO!! I do not agree, A good example of a company being run by mining engineers...........Pegasus...........HMMM??

Should I name some more?? that are in dire straits at the moment??

Oh and by the way, Peter Munk is not a mining engineer if I have it right, funny how he built a mining company, how did he do it??

He had the right connections in the "international financial world", and then he hired the mining people to run the mines??......He took care of the funds??

Strange isn't it, that Robert Fung was there with him in the early days when he got his Idea going??

Isn't it not co-incidental that we are now in a similar environment in regards to gold...aka price, and also the co-incident depressed share price of many gold company's??

Also with regards to Albino, how can they proceed with building up the resource until the necessary Gazetting has taken place in regards to Deep Rights, they do have a letter from the Ministry, and as it has always been KRY's policy, they will announce no news until it is news.

I believe that when we see an official announcement of full gazetting of the Albino deep rights, then and only then will we know exactly how they plan to ramp up their current production to the 45,000oz/yr mark!

Just an opinion??

With regards,Frank
