Has anybody looked into the allowable # of shares & where they are at currently? Does INCE need to free up shares to issue? To be honest, I have not bothered since, at the current price level, I don't have enough remaining in INCE to justify spending too much time on it. Scott

Juli,

Why would you want to invest in a stock at 8 cents with 60 million
plus shares out. A reverse split is not always a bad thing.
Paul would no this if he thought it was a bad thing but then again
here we go questioning Pauls judgement again. Do you and Bill
want to take over the company and if so give Paul a call.
